I found myself in this situation because, based on what I know, I managed around 60-90 fps with streaming using OBS 18, though I’m sure I didn’t cover all options. Let’s look at my PC setup:

720p60fps is UNSTABLE . *Getting fps drops from time to time. *Also i noticed kind of a screen tearing. *And Once my GPU drivers just stopped , so i guess for streaming Battlefield 1, 720p48fps is the TOP of my PC^^ Streaming Overwatch 720p60fps is not a problem tho.

I understand you're trying to figure out what might be missing. It seems there isn't a hidden solution. I can attempt to release some voltage from the BIOS to make my non-K CPU more responsive to clocks, and I'm sure it's worth a try given these circumstances: *I have solid cooling, a well-built case with effective fans, and good temperatures. *My CPU is old and doesn't come with a warranty. The GTX 1060 is only two months old, and the Corsairs are also new. Most importantly, I don’t want to risk anything since my PC is still in its early days.*

Hey there! I'm here to help. For your Corsair Vengeance low profile with 2x8 dual channel DDR3 CL9, you can push speeds up to around 4.4-5.0 GHz depending on the overclocking. Timings will vary based on the specific settings you choose.
