I purchased a new monitor with the specifications you mentioned. I’m currently using an LG 27GL83A-B at 27 inches, 144Hz. I’m experiencing issues where games freeze even when I lower the settings to LOW in GeForce Experience. This problem started after buying the screen. My question is, should I continue playing at very low settings or try something else?

The 2070 super/rtx 3060/rx6600/6600xt features a 2400hz RAM that appears underpowered this year. It should ideally run in dual-channel with 2x16GB (covering 3200/3600 MHz + CL16/18 MHz). Timing is critical.

You repeatedly inquire about RAM, but increasing it won't make a significant difference. Swapping it for faster RAM might help, though the main issue remains the 1060. It's not a very powerful card, and modern games at 1440p will be challenging for it.
