This appears to be a M.2 slot for a Ryzen system, but the price and availability aren't clear. It might not be the best budget pick unless you're flexible on specs.

I'm also interested in this, focusing on the lights rather than the details: https://www.olx.ba/artikal/41568984/asro...cna-ploca/

You're looking to decide on a CPU for your board. Could you share the processor model you're considering? Also, let me know your country and budget—though I'm guessing Bosnia might be a good fit since the language is relevant. Based on what you've shared, the B450 Steel Legend seems like a solid choice among the two boards you mentioned.

The issue is that I didn’t plan it out—maybe a mid-range Ryzen CPU, like the Ryzen 3 3200G, but I can upgrade later if needed.

This setup works with most Ryzen CPUs, but the B450M Steel Legend offers a much better platform for future upgrades. If you enjoy the LED lighting, consider learning how to update the BIOS—either reach out to the seller, contact AMD for a loaner CPU, ask a friend with an AM4 board to lend one, or wait for a BIOS update to be released.

There isn't a BIOS update solely because of the LEDs. Maybe you're mistaken.

It seems the issue is unrelated to the BIOS flash feature. The lights and the BIOS are separate concerns. If the system lacks the correct BIOS, it's likely due to its age.

They are unrelated, and there is no BIOS Flashback available (update the BIOS without a compatible CPU). Using a newer CPU than when the board was made won't function without an update. Based on your previous message, you're aiming for a 3200G, which could cause problems if the board was included in the initial production but will work with a recent model.

It seems unclear why the board wouldn't support a 3200G processor. The mention of a 12-core CPU is likely intended to highlight performance, but the reasoning for excluding higher-end options isn't clear.

Newer CPUs are compatible with the B450, while older models aren't. For a mid-range option on the B450, consider a solid mid-tier processor like the Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 5.
