You could try running both Windows 10 20H2 and Windows 10 1703 side by side. It’s similar to dual booting the same version, but with different updates.

Yes, you're able to run Windows side by side with another OS, provided you have ISOs for both versions.

Yes, there are two different partitions available. When you power on the computer, it will prompt you to choose which one to boot from, showing the partition number instead of the version. For instance, it might say Partition 2 and Partition 5, but you need to identify the one on Partition 5. Later, you can access the system restore panel through the control panel (regardless of OS) and adjust startup settings, setting how long the prompt remains active and what defaults apply when no user input is given. Any mouse movement instantly halts the countdown timer, so if you can't recall which partition it is, move your mouse to get the necessary time to select it.
