I’m planning to assemble a PC and the cost looks reasonable. However, when it comes time to install Windows 10, I’m curious about the operating system choice. At around $95, it really pushes my budget up. I was wondering if I could get it for free via USB or something similar, since people often mention USB Windows 10. Would I need additional components like an optical drive, or would the motherboard already have a USB port? Also, could you suggest a helpful video guide for installing Windows 10 from a USB drive?

You can obtain Windows 10 without cost by visiting Microsoft's download site and installing the newest ISO file. But you must purchase a license to enable it, which is available through the Microsoft store, Amazon, or a physical product key from an authorized retailer.

You could upgrade for free once before W10 came out, but now it costs money only.

Wait, what? I thought it was over? Do they really seem that desperate? LOL (I’m using Windows 10, but this is funny)

Choose this option remains inactive. You'll lose the ability to switch wallpapers and notice a minor watermark in the lower right corner.
