Did you include a proper email address? The system seems to restrict certain services like Gmail and Outlook. You’re free to use other formats. It’s curious they don’t treat Gmail or Outlook as acceptable business addresses. What makes a home business owner skip Pulseway’s offerings?

That's a bold thought, haven't you? Checking Yahoo Mail again...

I also tried using a Yahoo email, but it didn’t work either.

The video referred to was about the old computer or NAS setup. Depending on the access needed and how little work was required, you could try these options: 1) TeamViewer – a free tool that works well, enabling remote connections through LAN and outside networks. It offers a service similar to Pulseway’s. 2) RDP (Remote Desktop Connection), which comes built into Windows and is straightforward to configure for LAN connections, though setting up WAN connections can be more complicated.

It's been a while since I created it, but with a free account and only Gmail and Outlook, it seems the site might be experiencing issues. You could try using another browser or clearing your cache and cookies.

They seem to be targeting popular free email services, Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, and even AOL. I managed to use fake addresses like nsfw, penis, beer, and preferred ATM over A2M. It looks like they’re making assumptions based on stereotypes (jokes).
