There seems to be a misunderstanding. I don’t require RAM or any other resources. Just grab the [Windows 10] license key and download the 64-bit ISO.

The system is running on Windows 7. You can use the W7 license key. Also, you're increasing the RAM now.

Your Windows 7 32-bit key requires an upgrade to support Windows 10 32-bit. First, upgrade your hardware to enable activation for Windows 10. Then perform a clean installation. Skipping the CD entry will prevent the system from running. Once installed, it will automatically activate according to your hardware rather than the key. Make sure to choose Home or Pro based on your current version. After updating, you might attempt a 64-bit install, though activation could still fail. I tested this on five computers yesterday and used both Home and Pro versions!

Upgrade the system to version 10, retrieve the license key, prepare the storage, and set up a 64-bit installation.

Would you need a key extractor? Yes, and will all the information be included?

Absolutely, there are several methods to retrieve the license key from a Windows 8 or 10 system. Just remember to save any important files before proceeding.
