Are both HDMI ports connected to the screen? Does the screen become black or show a "no signal" alert? Once the iGPU is active, it may have changed the display signal between the iGPU and GPU. You should be able to right-click the desktop, select 'Display Settings', and adjust the second output accordingly. What value is now set for 'Initial Display Output'?
The initial screen shows up on a PCIe 1 port, but once the boot process finishes and the window loads, the display remains empty except for your cursor.

When you move your mouse or cursor, can you still right-click to access the Windows or desktop settings? I haven't attempted that before. I'll give it a try. And no, I can't perform a right click while using black screen mode with just the cursor. For another question, none of the monitors display any images. I'm really frustrated now and might stop trying and grab an adapter tomorrow at work. Luckily, I work for Best Buy and they actually have these items in stock. Display port accessories are surprisingly hard to find locally unless you shop online.
