Curious about the question: "why?" What are you aiming for or trying to achieve? It seems cleaning might be just as effective as using a fan for cooling. I think the RTX card is probably limited by its CPU, so it won’t get too hot. More specs would be useful. Others suggested a better CPU cooler or a mild CPU upgrade. That RTX card was so bad it’s almost forgotten, even before it stopped working... (just kidding, don’t get offended—I have an RTX in a failing system too). Edited February 23, 2020 by Bartholomew
