You’ll probably need to configure it at CL19. Use easy installation, enter BIOS, adjust the clock speed to 3000mhz manually and allow it to auto-select. It may loop up to three times; if it can’t find the right settings, it will enter a no-op state in BIOS. You might need to set the voltage to 1.35V if timing isn’t found. This is the typical process I follow.
