This used to be feature specifically mentioned. So unless something has changed, PC USBs are still 5V, 1A. Whereas fast chargers are 2.4A. Also, USB-C is connector type and doesn't tell anything about other features. Other than what kind of cable you can put to it. Manual for that mobo doesn't say anything special, so I'm assuming you aren't getting fast charging. What I suggest is to route charging cable from wall charger to where you want to charge the phone.
