Your display's refresh speed is 120Hz, but you're sending it 144, 100, or 120Hz. Which monitor are you using? If you can't adjust the refresh rate in the game, set it via your GPU settings and keep the game's frame rate locked to that value, similar to how VSync works.

You didn’t take the time to read anything. The screen I shared is my desktop monitor, shown here to clarify the message—it displays the exact monitor name. There’s no option in the NVIDIA Control Panel to set a refresh rate for a specific app, especially on the version I was using.

Use the control panel to adjust the refresh rate at the system level, not per program—your monitor can handle much higher rates.

Your monitor refreshes at 103Hz. Just enable VSync or configure a frame rate cap at that speed, and your game will match your display's refresh rate, preventing tearing.
