What kind of motherboard are you using? If it’s an older model, it could be DDR3, but the 2400 MHz RAM suggests it’s more likely DDR4.

You'd need to modify BIOS/UEFI settings to set RAM speed. But this doesn't ensure optimal performance. If the device lists compatibility only up to 1333, it probably won't support faster rates.

This also relies on the assumption that the UEFI supports strong memory configurations out of the box. There isn't much data available to work with.
