Turn on wake-up via LAN for TeamViewer or Steam Link. If you can't locate the setting in your BIOS, check the device manager or system settings for related options. Afterward, you may need to restart your computer to apply the changes.

Whats your networking backround? How is your network set up? As i've found WOL to be a hard thing to achieve as there is no real standard or support. (as in help from manufacturer or anyhting).
