Hello, based on the information you provided, your system has an i5 7600 processor, an RX 580 GPU with 4GB VRAM running at 2400MHz. You're experiencing stuttering in Call of Duty: Warzone despite using Riva Tuner aiming for steady 60 FPS. Your monitor supports 60Hz refresh rate. It seems you're comparing your setup to others who achieve consistent performance, especially when graphics are set to low.

Lowering the graphics options in the game and tweaking the resolution should work.

My decision is 1920x1080. Reducing the quality only means a much less clear view, honestly, I’m not sure about that guy, all the videos I watch look pretty good but I can’t achieve the same effect.

RX 580 easily achieves 60 FPS or more in Warzone at 1080p, as long as VRAM usage stays within safe levels.

Hey, take a look at that video: https://youtu.be/wkJBDEDDS5o. I didn’t install any software, but if you think it’s worth it, do your research. Following the tutorial helped boost my frame rate and reduced loading times. Fingers crossed it helps you too! P.S. Just in case videos aren’t allowed, I’ll take care of it. Cheers!

The RAM consumption reached 93% while the processing rate stayed at 1125MHz.

It resembles a stuttering issue since Rivatuner displays 60 frames per second, yet a rapid stutter occurs followed by a drop of 5 fps, continuing constantly.

It seems to stem from HPET problems, game details, or network issues. Could this also relate to other SP games? Check for similar stuttering in other online MP titles.
