I’d just grab the media creation utility, erase the storage and set up a brand-new Windows installation (it’ll keep the bloatware but most Asus programs should disappear; if you require any Asus tools, you can likely find them on their website).

I haven't tried the built-in reset features, but I think it should bring it back to its original state, including all the extra software.
