PS4 and other devices can connect to a TV by automatically choosing the correct HDMI port when you power it on or use the home button. Are there any options in Windows to enable this behavior?

It's an issue that doesn't work with Windows 10, but functions with the software controlling the HDMI port and the hardware supporting it.

It's referred to as HDMI CEC (Consumer Electronics Control). No dedicated or iGPU/APU options from any manufacturer include such a chipset in their GPUs. It isn't built into the Windows operating system by default. You can use devices like the one mentioned at https://www.pulse-eight.com/p/104/usb-hdmi-cec-adapter if your software allows it. For alternatives, Windows 10 offers wireless screen mirroring with TVs that support it.

It doesn't matter much to me how little it is. Appreciate the help even if it's not worth much.
