From my perspective, it should ease the strain on the CPU, allowing games to manage more physics tasks and reducing CPU limitations. This means greater flexibility for achieving higher frame rates. This is beneficial for users with high refresh displays and/or less powerful CPUs. Additionally, improved visuals are expected.
