I own an i7 11700F on a z590i vision built by Gigabyte, paired with a 6900xt from Gigabyte. The system runs on a cooler master 850 watt gold SFX PSU. Over the past six months while playing the latest Call of Duty Online, my game would freeze, crash, or shut down completely, forcing the PC to restart. I checked the GPU and CPU temperatures and found no concerns—never seen the CPU exceed 80°C before. Even with the fan curve set to low, it constantly fluctuates. After reading some guides, I tried lowering the CPU voltage and the GPU, but it didn’t help. The only improvements came when adding a side fan to my case, running at full speed, and using a cooler master nr200p. The back of the motherboard felt excessively hot during gameplay, transferring heat to the case. The built-in I/O shield was also very warm to the touch, and USB ports felt too hot to use. I’ve tested the GPU, PSU, RAM, and done a swap with another build—no issues arose. I’m unsure if cooling is the problem or something else. Any suggestions? I think if keeping your motherboard cool is preventing it from crashing, you might just need to clean your computer for dust. If there's no dust, you might just need better fans. Is anything overclocked at all?
Hey! I also have reading dyslexia—it's just letters flipped upside down, but at least I can type using muscle memory. The ideas I have are probably tweaking the BIOS on the motherboard and seeing if they made the power delivery gentler in newer versions. Sometimes later updates do that, so it might be worth a try.
Conditions are stable with a discreet cooler such as the Noctua 65mm. Initial action is updating the BIOS. Execute memory test using default / non-xmps settings until the issue is resolved. Are you seeing a BSOD? What code appears? Review the Event Viewer for any errors prior to shutdown.

I tested the RAM in your friend's system without problems after 24 hours, and the power supply also performed well.
