I'm updating to the latest Windows 10 version, and I'd like the main PC sound to increase to a specific volume when an alarm sounds.

Are you asking about the alarm feature—clock notifications or system alerts?

The new display name isn't necessary. In Windows, app and system volume controls are controlled by the speaker, not customizable like on Android. "Maybe" a Task Scheduler solution exists, but I'm not an expert on it.
