Hahaha no. Do you have vsync on? Or does fraps have a 60 FPS limit. Lag is when your PC has latency and the actions you do are delayed due to tasking tasks or a bottleneck

Lag mainly stems from a poor internet connection. It’s not really related to the CPU or GPU. However, being honest, it shouldn’t be this way—it should be avoided.
