You're looking for a way to automatically recognize programs stored on your old hard drive and add them to your start menu without having to reinstall everything manually. There are tools available that can scan your old drives and detect installed applications, making it easier to manage your system. It’s a smart approach if you want to keep your setup organized.

You will have to reinstall them all. No way around it.

Use ninite.com for automatic program setup. It doesn't affect existing files on your system. Steam and Origin can reinstall games, but that's essentially all there is.
