For those with the same issue, I was hoping for a dropdown menu but ended up pressing enter on the multiplier. After updating the BIOS, I realized you either use the + and - keys or type in the desired setting numbers. Problem solved—just not trying everything I could, lol. Been a bit clueless.

Seems like the same experience you had with X58, involving adjusting settings through +/- and navigating pages up or down.
