Your Xeon 6 core e5 1650v2 works best with an LGA2011 socket. A motherboard with just LGA2011 won't support it properly.

FCLGA and LGA are interchangeable names for the same interface standard. Verify your motherboard's QVL supports the Xeon. Be aware that some features might not function properly, such as ECC. Workstation-grade boards are typically required for these configurations.
