Hey, just checking if a Ryzen 5 3600 can manage the next-gen GPU. Should I consider getting a Ryzen 7 3700X instead? You already have a Ryzen 5 3600 with a GTX 1660 Super and want to upgrade—good question!

Next-generation GPUs are still in development, so we can't be certain yet. The 3600 should handle the Nvidia 3000 lineup well. Be aware that the Ryzen 4000 series will likely launch around October, providing about 15% improved single-thread speed. If you own a 3600, it’s best to hold off on purchasing a 3700X just yet, as you can wait for the 4700X release.
