yep. a 2080ti (for refrense) is bottlenecked by the 3600 quite a bit at 1080p, so the 30790 will probably b pretty similar.

When gaming at 60Hz, your monitor becomes the limiting factor. Your CPU and GPU won’t be fully utilized. Unless you push yourself hard without V/G-sync for extreme screen tearing, upgrading later might be better. For a future upgrade, 100Hz+3600 will likely be the next bottleneck, but the Ryzen 5000 series offers a good path. Your Ryzen should handle 4K at 60Hz without issues.
