US employs a period, whereas EU uses a comma. It’s unclear if the photo shows editing marks, but you could switch your locale settings to test. My version uses a comma instead.

Mine indicates 8.00, possibly a mistake in Microsoft's documentation since @Fooshi managed to reproduce it.
