So Whenever I Plug in My Computer, It Turns On Instantly. The Fans Spin, But It Turns Off After 5 Seconds Or So, I Also Hear A Kind Of *Click* Sound Near The PSU, The Kind Of Click That Sounds Like A Problem With The PSU.
So I Guess That's The Problem, But I Still Posted It On Here.
SPECS:
CPU: AMD A8-7670k Radeon r7
Motherboard: ASUS A58M-K
Drives: Asus CD Drive, Unknown HITACHI HD, And Walram 240G SSD
GPU: MSI GTX 1050 2GB
Ram: ELITE+ Teamgroup 4 GB RAM (2)

also, the power supply and fans are all from 2013, this is also a prebuilt.

Start with the known good and compatible PSU first. The timing depends on the build, but these usually have a "just enough" PSU, and a decade is an unrealistic lifespan for such devices. Early low-end PSUs often came with only a short warranty, unlikely to last ten years.

It should suffice if the unit is of good quality; however, low-end PSUs often fall short, delivering less than advertised, especially on the 12V side, sometimes only half the promised amount.

I plan to purchase a new power supply unit as well, and I need to figure out how to indicate that this issue is resolved.

Obtain and test initially, there might be additional details.

You mean that you are currently using the Lenovo g480 (laptop) to post.
And that the problem is with another computer/desktop build - correct?
If so, what PSU is installed in that computer?

If a new PSU solves the problem the thread can be marked "Solved" thereafter. Just post accordingly.
However, I must ask about why the PSU is being plugged in (and apparently unplugged later) - is that how the computer has been being turned on and off?
Versus the normal Windows Shutdown process.....
Unexpected shutdowns can and do cause file corruption which, in turn, leads to more problems.
The new PSU will not solve file corruption problems.
