I'm confident PNY and Kingston are okay because I own a Kingston SSD and an Nvidia Quadro P620. I'm not sure if the OEM PC included the card from the seller, but that doesn't change my setup.

They changed the parts in their SSDs to cheaper options after getting good initial reviews. This doesn't reflect poorly on them, but it raises concerns.
