The manual indicates a unique connector layout. The top row shows three pins labeled PLED+, PLED-, and PWRBTN#, while the bottom row lists HDLED+, HDLED-, GND, RESET#, and GND. This suggests the fourth pin on the top is unused and the third pin on the bottom is also unconnected. Connecting cables to these positions may not work as expected.

Do you have the guide? ASRock guides tend to clearly explain pin functions, though they might be spread across various pages and sections.

You will have one pin empty on the bottom. I guess it's up to you to decide if you want it to be the last pin or the middle pin. It's the ground for the reset switch. Doesn't matter which one you use.

It could also work with an empty top-right area if you align vertical and reset the horizontal. Ultimately it doesn't really matter.
