I discovered an excellent offer on this board, matching the price of the asrock b450 pro4. The VRM tier list lists it at 75A—though I’m not sure what that number means. I really like its look and can’t find a pro version anywhere. I’m running a Ryzen 5 3600 with an RTX 2070, and I’ve got it for free.

Find the most affordable option on the list and compare its quality to the best available.

The Pro 4 performs better. Unclear why Asus struggled with the B450 boards; their B550 and X570 models looked solid.

I don't feel the same about how Pro4 reacts to SavageNeo

I'm likely to stay the same for another 4 to 5 years.

For 3600 it's okay. But since you're upgrading in 4 to 5 years, you'll switch the motherboard then. I'd really skip the TUF.

Affordable decent budget board available. Flashback feature might be tricky, especially no flashback button. I’d pick the B450 Tomahawk Max instead—it performs better. The decision really comes down to price versus performance versus other models.
