If that applies then yes, both options work. Whether it's the 2x32gb or 4x16gb model, and the B350 is no longer viable, switching to the B450 would be wise. It will support your future upgrades to 3000, 4000, and even 5000 Series models. The price difference is minimal.

What processor do you have? The Ryzen 1000 and 2000 models don’t work well with four sticks. They’re hard to get right at their intended performance levels.
