It's acceptable but worth upgrading to a professional version if you're evaluating it. It offers similar functionality at a lower cost. Think about the tomahawk max, mortar max, pro vdh max, and pro max (non-m) as well—they each handle four 50A MOSFETs well. Overall, all these options can manage an 8-core setup.

I could try the mortar maximum since it's an M atx, and I already have an M atx case. The tomahawk maximum feels disappointing as an Atx.
