Are the CPU connections secured within the motherboard? If not, it’s unlikely it’s an AM4 design since the pins sit on the processor. In any case, I feel the board might be damaged.

Needle for sewing, a bit of magnification, and a calm grip. If the boards are already dead, things won’t get any better. Check out a few AM4 socket repair tutorials before you start so you’re prepared.

The motherboard functions properly, but two RAM slots are malfunctioning. It might be related to the AM4 connector, which appears damaged in the photo.

Can the contacts be adjusted on the am4 socket? The issue lies with the socket itself. For better visibility, you’ll need a suitable magnifier lens or a specific type of magnifying glass. Your current one isn’t providing enough clarity for small details.

It just occurred to me that that's a PGA AM4 socket with the top plate removed. Not your typical situation for an LGA socket. Good luck, assuming there is an actual socket issue at all.
