Yeah that is quite normal for the R5 graphics, especially the mobile laptop chip.
Nothing to worry about on your part, just hardware limitations.

my lappie runs an i7 3620QM with Intel HD 4000. It's interesting how many older games run smoothly. I usually get around 40-50fps on MW2. I think you're in the right spot for that configuration, Woohoopy.
