It depends on how many you can actually send. Getting all four is possible, but only two might be reachable.

Check if the cooler maker offers replacement brackets and see if they provide them at no cost.

If it functions and temperatures stay reasonable, it should be fine. However, I’m skeptical because it’s only been tightened at the top, which may limit its ability to cool the lower CPU sections effectively.

It’s unlikely to function correctly. Having two diagonal standoffs might cause issues, but placing them on the same side won’t help. The imbalance could pull the cooler away from the CPU rather than lowering it, so using zip ties would be more effective. Consider getting an adapter or a replacement cooler.

You're facing an issue with the backplate bending during installation, and only a couple are succeeding. It might help to give it another shot—sometimes minor adjustments or patience can resolve the problem.

It seems this setup won't function. You may need updated brackets or a different cooler that supports LGA1700.

The issue lies in focusing pressure only on the upper portion of the CPU. The lower half of the cooler probably won’t touch the chip and will overheat quickly. Using opposing corners might help depending on the cooler design, but putting two units on the same side won’t work. Consider a new bracket supporting LGA 1700 or replace the cooler entirely.

Alternatively, you can simply let gravity hold the cooler in place by placing it directly on top of the CPU without any mounting. This method works well, though you need to lay everything flat, like testing on a basic testbench (which is essentially a simple cardboard box). I often test hardware and it should be fine for regular use.
