Jitterclicking means shaking your arm to achieve a fast clicking sound. It's important for both gaming and aiming. If you're looking to improve CPS and aim, here are some tips you might find helpful.

It's not a good idea, you'll likely develop carpal tunnel.

I haven’t located any solid, verifiable proof linking a specific cause to carpal tunnel. Please let me know if you’d like me to check for reputable sources.

Sometimes I play games with quick key presses or mouse spam. Otherwise, I don’t have any reason or need for it.

Check the guidelines carefully, as I’ve experienced some discomfort from repetitive motions.

I rarely do that. Perhaps try a quick clicking game on my phone, like a case clicker, but not on the PC. I just press normally. I checked how quickly I can click—about five clicks per second using the usual method. I’m not sure if that’s fast or slow.
