Most brands other than ASRock tend to share bandwidth between PCIe and M.2 ports, so using the M.2 slots would reduce the GPU to 5.0 x8 (which would drop to 4.0 x8 on my 3080). Most boards already have 15+ USB headers via the original connectors, so unless it's USB4, you might skip that and use the mainboard USB headers—livemixer supports around 21 USB ports in total.
