Do you have a comparable issue or is this unique to me? I moved from Windows 8.1 and everything seems smooth except with Chrome. Try using the new YouTube interface by visiting https://www.youtube.com/testtube and clicking the blue "Get the Player" at the bottom. Hope it helps!

I appreciate the preference for edge over chrome, but I can't use quotes in the forum when accessing it via edge.

It's fine, everything is functioning properly. I haven't changed my GPU drivers either, as some suggested.
