It doesn't actually perform any function... So fine. Switch it on or off as you wish. With a large Tesla card, this could be useful. I think adjustable bar support was meant to please miners so they can use their Tesla cards in a gaming rig versus a server where the card usually stays.
Turing doesn't back SAM, which is essentially a branding term for Resizeable-BAR. It's unlikely Turing will obtain it. We're definitely discussing Nvidia here.
