Yes, it's feasible. It might be due to differences in how HWInfo and Mobo/Ram interpret data. This is my first observation, but it seems unusual. I'll keep monitoring it.

What speed are you imagining it moving at? 3600MHZ is completely typical for XMP.

ram maintains its specified performance without increasing or decreasing its pace. the 1800 number represents the individual data rate. because ddr means dual data rate, the claimed speed is twice that frequency.
