My Philips SPK8404 mechanical keyboard types two keys at once. For instance, pressing the Right arrow also activates the Up arrow. Additionally, certain keys such as the Space Bar press the number 1 (I'm using an on-screen keyboard to write this post). I'm not sure what caused this issue, so I thought about cleaning my keyboard with a soft brush, but it didn't help. Thank you for your assistance.

If the keboard is experiencing issues on two different computers, it's likely the keyboard itself is faulty. I recommend performing another round of testing by reinstalling drivers and conducting further tests with other keyboards and computers if feasible. Do you have any warranty coverage remaining for the keyboard? Can you process a return or replacement request?
