Be mindful of the TPM! Certain licenses are linked to the mobile TPU. For my project I had to exchange an NVMe drive between devices, and the office license caused me a lot of trouble. Windows might not accept the change in the motherboard. To resolve this, I would have needed to manually cancel the office365 subscription, remove the software, reinstall it, and log back in, though success isn't guaranteed.

Do you recall if Bitlocker was turned on before you replaced the motherboard? If so, it might create issues, so you’ll need to look up the decryption keys in your Microsoft account. Many people are unaware they left it enabled by mistake. Another concern is that if your Windows license is an OEM version, Windows may reject it and require a new one. The same applies to certain Microsoft applications as @y0ur5h4d0w pointed out.
