I wouldn't go that route. It makes more sense to choose a 3rd Gen Ryzen instead of a 5th Gen. The board should be X570, not B550. The SSD is fine but a bigger PSU feels like a big risk. The 2060 is really pricey—don't waste $600 on it.

You keep mentioning the 2060 because it’s not the best option for your budget. For $650 you can get a RX6800, which is quicker and more affordable than the 2060.
