Check if you're turning it on when you manually overclock. Since you haven't noticed any speed improvements, it might not be worth it. It could be doing more harm than good. Make sure to test it carefully.

It's a high-performance boost where the entire core clock aligns with the single-core turbo speed, and the voltage will probably exceed what's necessary. If you're doing manual overclocking, you're likely bypassing the system settings.

I tracked the voltage levels and noticed my Vcore reached 1.45—definitely not ideal. It’s better to avoid that situation.
