Hello everyone, I'm facing some problems with my PC. It stopped posting, and I've tried two different CPUs and two motherboards. The Gigabyte X570S Aorus Pro AX MSI B550 Gaming Carbon WiFi Ryzen 5800X and 5600X were used, and the same memory was installed on both boards. Since I don't have extra RAM, I'm wondering if the memory issue might be causing the CPU light to appear. On my Gigabyte board, the DRAM debug lights up during boot, but on my MSI board, the CPU debug light does. Could memory problems trigger the CPU indicator? I've used the 5800X for over a year without any issues, and the 5600X is brand new and intended for a SFF build. Once I have the rest of the components, I'll be able to decide whether to buy a new RAM kit.
