Hello, I'm working with a Patriot Steel Viper Ram paired with a 3800x in an MSI B450M motherboard. I applied a safe OverClock with the DRAM calculator during initial setup, and everything functioned well. I wanted to check performance by adjusting my RAM speed from 3600MHz to 3000MHz. After reverting, the system didn't overclock under the same conditions as before—no memory issues and thorough tests were done. I disabled XMP profiles but retained my previous settings, and everything is now stable.

I'm curious about the impact of XMP profiles on timing. If you have screenshots showing manual timings, could you share them? I'd like to know whether any Auto or similar settings are influenced by the XMP profile. Does enabling it affect performance if those timings aren't adjusted? Thanks!
