It's just standard new character creation in 2016. The Spectre/Meltdown patch broke it, but I'm upgrading. It feels odd not using my existing hardware that still works well, yet these CPUs are capped at 3.4GHz with only 3.6-3.7 on a single core—while a 4.2GHz all-core setup is easily achievable. A lot of potential is being wasted.
