It's probably fine. But there is risk of shorting if it is conductive. Check to make sure your AIO is compatible with your socket

The pads visible on the plate should remain non-conductive unless they flatten the pads, which would cause excessive pressure on the components. It seems these pads are intended to prevent that issue, suggesting a standard backplate design.
