Doesn't look like there would be anything there generating a hot spot. Does the FLIR show anything abnormal with the panel off? My only thought would be that your GPU is throwing out some heat that is coming through the cut out there for cable management. Either that or one of the power cables there is shorted and overheating, but if the cables themselves don't show a hot temp on the camera that is unlikely. 36C isn't bad, but if there's a hot spot that's 10°C above the surrounding areas on the outside of the panel then it's possible that there's something overheating on the inside that is much hotter that is causing the hot spot. Though, looking again it looks like the 25°C reading is coming from the case feet that appear much colder than the rest of the side panel. There might be a much smaller variance in temperature across the side panel.
GPU tends to become the main hotspot inside a PC case. Ensure your system has enough cooling fans at the front to circulate cooler air and help lower the GPU temperature. Alternatively, you can reduce game settings to lessen strain on the GPU if you're worried about performance.
